Cousteau is Honored by Horizon Fleet for June

Once again, the USS Cousteau has been honored by Horizon Fleet, this time receiving the Jevonite Simm of the Month Award for June, 2010. Admiral Androski writes:
"The crew of the USS Cousteau has once again shown a great improvement in their activity level from May to June, increasing their overall post count by 12 and gaining a new crew member. It can be hard to get a crew to increase posting counts, but obviously Commodore Neval has the right ideas." -RAdm Androski, TF42 TFCO
